The Equip Church Men’s Fellowship has announced the return of its Champions Men’s Camp, set to take place from May 15–17 at Mill Valley Ranch Campground. The annual gathering brings men together in a supportive environment to discuss real-life challenges that impact their daily lives, from family and relationships to work and personal responsibility.
The camp provides a space where men can openly share their experiences, challenges, and lessons learned without fear of judgment or prejudice. Through honest conversation and connection, participants are encouraged to grow both individually and collectively.

Building men’s mental strength
Organisers say this year’s camp will place a stronger emphasis on personal development, centred around the theme “MENTALITY”. The focus is on understanding how mindset shapes behaviour, decisions, and overall life direction.

Drawing inspiration from the biblical proverb, “As a man thinketh…” (Proverbs 23:7), the programme will encourage participants to reflect on their thinking patterns and embrace transformation from within. The theme, “Reset the Mind. Rebuild the Man.”, highlights the belief that lasting change begins internally.

“It is understood that before a man changes his habits, he must first change his thinking,” organisers noted. “This camp is about confronting mentality and recognising its influence on every area of life.”

The three-day event will offer a balanced environment for reflection, discussion, and meaningful interaction, allowing attendees to step away from everyday pressures and engage in purposeful growth. They will also have different sports events and bonding activities.
Registrations is required for the event.
