Over the past two weeks, many people placed orders for our book: Parenting: The universal language in a multiculturally diverse world. The resource was created with the hope of sharing practical guidance, real-life examples, and encouragement for raising children with strong character and resilience.
First and foremost, we want to sincerely thank every supporter who purchased copies. Your encouragement and belief in our mission mean so much to us.
Unfortunately, we recently became aware of a technical issue that affected the collection of delivery addresses during the ordering process. As a result, there was an unexpected delay in dispatching books to several purchasers. We understand how disappointing and frustrating delays like this can be, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Once the issue was identified, our team immediately began working to resolve it. Since Friday, we have been carefully reviewing orders, correcting delivery information, and ensuring that every pending package was prepared for dispatch as quickly as possible.
We are pleased to share that all remaining orders pending shipment were lodged with Australia Post on Monday, February 25, at 11:00 am. Most purchasers should now have received a notification confirming that their parcel has been registered and received by Australia Post.
According to the advice provided to us, deliveries are expected to arrive within approximately 2–5 business days, depending on the destination.
If you placed an order and have not received any notification regarding your parcel, please contact us directly at admin@hopeafresh.org.au, so our team can assist you promptly.
We would also like to kindly remind future purchasers to carefully check the address entered on the checkout or landing page, as this is the address that will be used for delivery.
