We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully before making your purchase.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product you purchase has a major or minor failure. This includes if a book is faulty, damaged, not of acceptable quality, or does not match its description.

  • If the issue is a major failure, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
  • If the issue is a minor failure, we may choose to provide a repair or replacement within a reasonable time.

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, providing details and, where possible, photographic evidence.

We may require the item to be returned before a refund or replacement is issued. Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.
